- In 2021, Innovative Logic (design services business) was acquired by Prodapt North America.
- Prior to founding Innovative Logic, Dinesh Tyagi worked in different engineering, marketing and sales roles in Renesas, CPU startup, Synopsys, ST Micro and Cadence.
